Nyao FAQ

Nyao is a real-time sketch and annotation app for macOS that lets you draw directly over your screen with a transparent canvas. It is designed for presentations, screen sharing, and quick visual feedback.

The current release of Nyao is available for free. Pricing or licensing policy may change in the future as features and distribution evolve.

Nyao currently supports macOS 15.0 or later. You can use it on a Mac with standard keyboard/mouse input or pen input devices. Other operating systems are not supported yet.

If you encounter a bug, please restart Nyao first and check whether it can be reproduced with simple steps. If the issue persists, please include your macOS version, app version, and reproduction steps when contacting us.

Nyao itself is not fully open source at this time. Some related tools or experiments may be shared separately, and the open-source policy may change later.
